1. About Us
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of printlife.io and any products or services offered by Rose & Main Inc, a California based company. By accessing our website or purchasing any of our products you agree to these terms.

2. Our Products
Rose & Main Inc offers the following digital products and programs:
The Print Life Membership — a subscription based membership for surface pattern designers available on a monthly or annual basis.
The Portfolio Bootcamp — a digital program available for individual purchase.
Style Alchemy — a digital program available for individual purchase.
All products are delivered digitally. No physical products are sold.

3. Payment and Billing
The Print Life Membership is a recurring subscription. By enrolling you authorize Rose & Main Inc to charge your payment method on a monthly or annual basis depending on the plan you select.
Prices are listed in US dollars. Rose & Main Inc reserves the right to change pricing at any time with reasonable notice to existing members.
Annual memberships are billed in full at the time of purchase.

4. Cancellation
The Print Life Membership may be cancelled at any time. To cancel simply manage your subscription through your member account or contact us at hello@printlife.io. Upon cancellation you will retain access to the membership until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after that date.
There are no partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.

5. Refunds
The Print Life Membership: There are no refunds for the membership. It is a subscription based program and you may cancel at any time to avoid future charges. If you cancel you retain access until the end of your current billing period and will not be charged again.The Portfolio Bootcamp and Style Alchemy: If you are unsatisfied with your purchase you may request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date by emailing hello@printlife.io with your reason for requesting a refund. Refund requests are reviewed personally and responded to promptly. Requests made after 30 days will not be considered.

6. Intellectual Property
All content within our programs and membership including videos, design briefs, worksheets, written materials, and community resources is the property of Rose & Main Inc and is protected by copyright law. You may not share, copy, reproduce, distribute, or sell any program content without prior written permission from Rose & Main Inc.

Members retain full ownership of all original designs and artwork they create and submit for feedback through the print queue or any other program feature. Rose & Main Inc reviews submitted work solely for educational feedback purposes and makes no claim to ownership of member artwork.

Testimonials and member results shared in our marketing are used only with the explicit prior permission of the individual. If you have provided a testimonial and wish to have it removed please contact us at hello@printlife.io and we will remove it promptly.

7. Disclaimer of Results
Rose & Main Inc makes no guarantees regarding specific results from participation in any of our programs or membership. Results shared by members reflect individual experiences and are not typical. Your results will depend on your own effort, experience, market conditions, and other factors outside our control. Nothing in our programs constitutes a guarantee of income, client acquisition, or business success.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law Rose & Main Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or participation in our programs.

9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of California.

10. Updates to These Terms
Rose & Main Inc reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or programs following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
